tried multiple times over the last couple of days to try to buy Ogrines both on the website and in-game and all times it seems to say there is an error, Does anyone knows why?

I found out how to make up the recipe so that I can actually make them but every time I do they seem to fail in making it up, so I need confirmation that these foods can only be made during the event time or am I just getting it wrong?
