should i dump all points on HP? im trying to make a tanky dmg build, trying to stay in the middle of the fight and last a bit longer, is it possible?

1) is there a bank? or only that haven thing? because it can hold almost no items...
2) are seeds worth keeping? i got a lot and dont use it
3)are there npcs that buy/sell items? or one that sell equips from like in dofus? ive got so many crap stuff and dont know what do do with it

i tried changing something in my build, and looks like it bugged, tried logging on and off, and couldnt access my server anymore (remington), its been like a week, and im losing my booster time.
also made a ticket, but no responses so far. 1773027
