Starter Pack price problem( more than 100 euro )

I'm a new player From Taiwan. My Starter pack price is wrong. It shows 3770 NTD which is equal about 106 euro. That is more expensive than an 13,000kama option. Can u fix the problem? I really want to buy the starter pack.
