I'm using dofus on steam and when I try to log on it says connecting to your account and its stuck on that screen. I've used dofus on steam since it came out and never had this problem. Anyone else have this problem?

I cant pay for subscription using my credit card. It says suspended indefinitely. I already tried submitting a letter to ankama support but it says that it sent me an email which never came. I've checked everywhere in my email even spam. If someone can help me fix this fast I will greatly appreciate it. thank you.
