Srambad Questline bugged

Hello, i recently reached level 140(now 141) and got the mission for the divine dimension on Srambad. The thing is that once reached Srambad, i gotta follow a sram in the "Trickree Street" but i can't enter there, the teleport dosn't work. I don't know how to proceed.
The quest is called "The hunt - behind enemy lines".
