So my cra is agi based level 80 atm. I have my set already well for these low to mid levels but when i get to the lvl 12x where can i solo mobs to leech a lvl 1 alt ?

Like bow skill, distant, powerful and crit shooting should be 2 ap cost as well as frozen arrow 2 ap 2 per target 3 per turn.
Cras main spell was nerfed hard why not give compensation. Also distant shooting should have bats eye aoe
Cras can still be relevant if these changes are made maybe magic arrow 3 ap at level 6
