Help me figuring out the best sublimations for osa support lvl 230 please!

A friend of mine is lvl 205 osa supportish with rock passive and we have been wondering what would be the best sublimations (normal and epic and relic) to help with that playstyle. His turns go like this: summon pet -> max flaming on the pet -> flaming does damage -> pet does damage; or shields when necessary. Thank you for the help!
