Is is possible to add craft-able doors that automatically close after a certain period of time like 5-10-30 seconds?

How come Ouginak's passives Haggling and Raiding do not have any improvements when going from level 1 to 2? Was this an oversight? It would be nice if Haggling went from -3WP to -2WP while Raiding decreased the -30% armor grated to -20%.
