I have purchased Ogrines about a month ago. The website showed an error but the transaction appeared on my bank statement. I immediately contacted support but they told me to wait because it may take 15 days for the transaction to complete. I opened another ticket when I saw that the transaction is complete on my bank statement and attached a screenshot, but they still told me to wait. It's been a month now since that happened, my ticket is on open status and nobody replies. This is pretty unacceptable....
