Can't buy class change on Black Friday sale

I decided to transfer a character to a new account then class change it since black friday deal made it 50% off and now that the char is on the new account and I bought the ogrines for the class change it won't let me class change, why is that? I made a lvl 1 character on the same account and it lets me class change it, but not the level 200, I sent ticket in, please help, I want to use this 50% off price..
