WineHQ since version 4.19 is not compatible anymore with Dofus unless you download de .zip version of the game an call it directly with no launcher (which is not what you would want), to make it work use WineHQ 4.19 or less versions, to acomplish that use PlayOnLinux, CrossOver or Lutris , those are front-end applications to manage different versions of wineHQ and wineprefixes, this is a sort of guide I did answering other question but it works!
