Eva Level 3 nerf didn't happen?

So in the preliminary patch notes it was mentioned that Eva level 3's HP was going to be lowered to 2, but in the most recent patch notes and within the game Eva Level 3 seems to be unchanged. Curious what's up with this. Did you guys decide against this change or did someone just forget to make this change or something?
