me and a couple others cannot log into the beta server at this time, anyone else?

While using Bamboo getting off and sometimes using spells lags behind. To the point it happens after the turn timer has run out. One thing that lets me get off bamboo early SOMETIMES is to move my mouse and reclick the spot I want to move to 2-4 times.
