so today one of my post was deleted by a moderator, the post suggested that moderators should spend more time and effort to answer threads in which players demand reply from the company. I said "... prevent players from feeling that Ankama will only talk to their customers when they want to, which is absurd, you're a business, you have obligation to speak when demanded" and according to the moderator, my attitude will get me nowhere. btw I was referring to the post about using totems to kill black...
