That's exactly what they told me. And then signed off "See you in the World of Twelve"...It feels like they didn't even bother to read the information attached.

On the Cloudflare support page it does mention groups of addresses can be blocked if their customer (Ankama) feels something "spammy" was happening, resulting in the 1020 error.

We have tried all the troubleshooting they suggest with no luck, including sending tickets to Ankama
