Since the grind is one of the main reasons player retention isn't that good, how about alleviating it a bit? Common monster materials could be worth 1 token, while the rare monster materials would be worth 5 tokens. Boss material drops can still be worth 10 tokens.

Trapper materials would still require Trapper to obtain, but this should alleviate the stress behind having to farm hundreds (or thousands) of monsters in order to get what you need to improve your character further.

So me and my guildies have been trying to dissect as much info as possible from the new content, but one of the things that still dumbfounds us is the seemingly random damage from the Badgerages, and why it's seemingly random in the first place.

As we've been experimenting, we've narrowed it down to a few possibilities. The most probable one that has held up consistently has been that his damage is dependent on how much total mastery your character has.
