Before reading it, I was leaning more towards thinking that the regeneration nerf was pretty decent.

I like the idea of rethinking the professions though. Cooking cannot and will not ever give a buff worthy enough, in my opinion, because of the visceral nature of the buffs and the fact that grinding cooking is a pain. If they combined cooking and baking into one profession or made it so that both offered a little more, I think...
