The free renaming ended in december even tho some people still have broken names from the server merge, you'll have to contact support.

Well from my view, 195 is approaching endgame and does take time to get to so unless you just got people to level you, you would at least more of an understanding of most of what you are asking.

you will still have a good time if its lore you are after, there is a lot of text to read and some quests are fun if you stop and read it.
