New kolossium ornament not working

I ranked up from silver to gold and since then the ornament hasn't been working properly - I can't save it, but I can save the other ornaments I have. I've relogged several times and restarted the client to no avail.

seems to be abnormally high.. it seems that around 50% of my opponents in kolo are cras... for god's sake, stop this plague!! somebody!
