With 2.6, Dofus got a little tricky with the servers and new players.

It'll show you Aer and Oto Servers, however, there's a way to still access the other servers as well.

If you look below the servers, theres a button that looks greyed out that allows you to show ALL the servers. This includes the French, Spanish, English, and International Servers.

Through that you can find Solar, Rushu, Rosal, Zato, and Shika which all have english speaking communities.

Now if by some chance that does not...

and whibbles, its that security issue you are doing a very good job of ignoring. the odds of a security breach similar to the one ankama had last year occurring increases more and more as you bring certain information closer to external view....
