They can state all they want in the EULA, it does not mean they can do legally everything they mention. I'm pretty sure Redshell violates GDPR anyway since it uses fingerprinting.

Regardless I think we deserve to hear from Ankama about this.

If Ankama need to work on their advertising, this is not the right way to do it. Putting spywares in their game that share it with third parties is not acceptable to me. Just because we live in a world of increasing violation of privacy does and data theft does not mean we should just resign to it.

 I would also like to hear from Ankama about it, please tell us. What are exactly the data collected, how is it used, how can you even make sure it is not shared/sell to others since it is not send to...
