Is there a way to buy something out of the 6000/13000 orgines limit? I want to change a character to a different server and have 25 dollars to buy orgines with, sadly i can not as 13000, the only amount high enough to get the change, is 27 dollars. Is there anything I can do?

I just started playgn again after awhile and im surprised to See Zatoishwan deserted with all newbies here im at lvl 70 atm and i have one more character at level 40 on Rushu. Should i go there?
