Potential Mount Bug

I find that my mounts are unable to follow emote commands at the Brak public paddock and the oddest thing was when I tested this they worked at Bont public paddock. Not quite sure what's going on I'd like some input on this please. The server this is occurring on is Dracaros(sp?). I haven't tested the other free paddocks, but I would be thankful to have Brak paddock back to normal as Bonta hurts my eyes.

I've placed a ticket on the matter and the system for listing my ticket was really unhelpful as I had to list the darn thing under a bug because it kept redirecting me to the FAQ instead of an actual tickets. Anyhow after trying for about an hour of getting in, checking my characters on Talkasha my gifts and linked ogrines are gone. Please make it so that the other rats drop fangs. Literally making it so the Strubian Militrat is only source is frustrating because it screws new players. There are literally people camping the sewers and new players can't advance their quests to collect friggin droppings from said rats. It makes zero sense that none of the other rats in the other THREE sewers have teeth apparently. I appreciate the time and effort that goes into this game and I hate to see people get discouraged from playing further...
