Haven World Monster Populaion

First of i would like to thank the developers for fixing the rate at which monsters spawn within the haven world, as it was causing problems for a few select guilds(mine included). That being said since that update I have not seen any word if they will be planning to deal with the overpopulated haven worlds, as some guilds do not have the coordination, time and manpower to do so. I would just like some clarification to see if the players are on their own in this situation or if the developers plan...
