Go to the ranking board, next to the photo of the boss is a gift button, there you can see what you can win this season and retrieve what you won last season.
However the rewards are quite crappy, I had big hopes for this system

When I had to run the dungeon multiple times, I focused on MP removal and ranged attacks (summons or obstacles that limit its movement also helps)
