What are the benefits of Heals recieve to a sac?

I'v read some of the posts and replies. It seems a lot of people have suggested to put points in "Heals Receive" under intelligence. Was just wondering what other benefits a sac will receive from it other than getting a lot of heals from allies. You know questions such as does it give more coagulation?

Do we get a free respec every month? I read in the wiki that the quest "Restate of Emergency" is "[The quest] can be done once every month". Is this true?
