After beating 7 anomalies with a major uchronic elixer used on all 4 people, no one got the achievement for any of the 7 bosses so far

I can only use catnip once a turn instead of 3 times. I do not believe this was a mentioned change and the description also still says accumaltive effect: 3 eventough I can only cast it once. Very frustrating as an eca trying to run from the anomaly boss
