Almanax quest does not trigger

This has been going on since the January update. For 5 months already almanax DOES NOT TRIGGER I have made a bug report without any luck. I have the associated quest for magus ax at the alchemialchemist workshop and there is no further quest in the area. I speak to the npc that should give the daily quests but it seems stuck in a loop to talk to magus ax (just like most of the suggesting I have had) with NO LUCK. I have not been able to do this for a half a year and I'm very upset that this is happening...

I am having this persistent issue with the almanax quest not reseting. I did the magus ax quest in astrub and still unable to trigger the quest for any characters on my account.
