So, I'm 110~ and have recently reached the 4:1 point cap. Where do most people put their points at this point?

So I'm leveling an agi rogue, I got to thinking about when I should stop putting point into agility. I was thinking at 200 agi (when it goes to 3 per 1) then putting the rest in vit. Is this a good idea? Should I be putting my points in wis from then on?
