Build a Panda Workshop: Need Help Picking a Pandawa Spec

I want to create a Pandawa to compliment a 3 man team consisting of a: DD DIST Osa, DD/ST Elio and a SUPPORT/TANK Feca. I want to run 156/171 dungeon content.

I don't necessarily need to run the most efficient Pandawa build but I do want something competent and fun to play. I'd be willing to try ST pandawa but is it actually bad?

Where should my strength points go? I'm not sure to go all in for ST/AoE or if melee is worth speccing given how AoEs works for most classes. Can I spec dist and tank...

Feca Glyphs Inherit Force of Will?

If I cast Fecablades and Avalanche on a monster with a FoW of 20 from stats, would the glyphs have 20 FoW each for a total of 60 FoW applied to a monster or is FoW exclusive only to the character and applies only to the amount of AP/MP reduction?
