Moowolf set lost in ingame exchange

My brother tried to exchange my moowolf set to me but i allready logged of now not me and he has it in inventory or bank i think its glitch between my closing my game app and he accepting ingame exchange btw he's my brother in RL dofus name is slicer-mask on dodge and my name is Explosyon on DodgeCan u return the set to him/me either is good pls
ps this happend 3months ago i allready send a message to ankama support but they said they nolonger support bug reports

I cant use my box of badges accept qt trools thats all it got glitched maybe bit i want to get all lair achievments and such ...
