Sometimes the invos and some moobs, just let their turn end and they doesn't do anything. Please could you fix it?

I can't use my goultines to buy objects in the game shop, and I see is unhable to buy with kamas in the store, is this normal? or a problems? This is happening so many days ago, can you fix it?
