Unable to login using Ankama launcher

I sure y'all are aware the Ankama Launcher has this option where it doesn't require you to log into the game after already logging into the Launcher however, that not the case with me. After logging into the launcher and clicking play I'm greeted with a visible attempt (where the game throws you into a queue) immediately followed by a notification prompt saying "Unable to Login: The account name or password is incorrect".

I've tried repair button where it checks the integrity of the game files but...
