Well i've not read every one else's replys but here's mine, I also currently have an iop which as you first stated is a str/int iop although higher lvl currently 188 using soft Oak set.
i feal putting points in to anything other than str is a waste as other stats cost to much in points, raise str up to 300 then stop I have scrolled my int to 101 and agi to 80 so far also wis to 101
I am now putting all extra points in to wis to help with mp/ap rape resists this also helps cut take mp which is...

Oh and u might want to lvl at dopples when in a group aswell cus that powerfull dazzleing belt will come in handy after lvl100

for a 10ap set = Double pink claw

so start collecting the stones now as they are hard to drop and expensive.

stick with blops untill lvl90 or try the odd lone kani and kill with s-storm for range, as they hit hard upclose.

After u hit 90 then lvl on kanis and chafer's in bonta cem i did this and got from 90 to 120 in no time.

and if u do get a group u can go dreggs for a change.
